At the same time, the metal recovery rate has also been improved. By optimizing our production processes, we are able to recycle more metals and reduce metal waste and loss. Finally, the slag loss rate has been reduced. We have adopted advanced slag control technology and equipment to ensure that the loss of slag is reduced during the production process, which not only improves product quality, but also reduces the difficulty and cost of subsequent processing.

This bed plays the role of precipitation and separation, can simultaneously produce lead and copper, and make lead, copper and slag static separation, the front bed is provided with a slag inlet, two siphon ports (a discharge of lead, a discharge of ice copper), a slag discharge port (discharge of waste slag), improve the separation efficiency, greatly reduce energy consumption, and high efficiency.
