The working principle of the cylinder granulator is mainly based on the principles of physical mechanics and fluid mechanics, and the raw materials are converted into granular products through a series of operation steps. Here is how it works in detail:

Raw material entry and mixing:

The raw material is first fed into the interior of the cylinder through a hopper. The hopper is usually equipped with a mixer to ensure that the raw materials have been preliminarily mixed before entering the cylinder.

The raw materials are also subjected to vibration machinery inside the hopper, which makes the distribution of raw materials more uniform and lays the foundation for the subsequent granulation process.

Compression and forming:

The pressure system gradually compresses the raw material by setting the pressure spring and the pressure wheel. This compression causes the raw material to gradually become granular inside the cylinder.

At the outlet, the formation of particles is further accelerated due to the frictional contact between the raw material and the sieve plate. The presence of the screen ensures the uniformity and size of the particles.

Rotation and mixing:

The rotating system drives the main gear to rotate through the motor, and then drives the reducer, the rotary gear and the sieve plate and other components to rotate gradually.

This rotation causes the raw materials in the cylinder to be thoroughly mixed, while the raw materials are also subjected to a uniform force, which contributes to the formation and uniformity of the particles.
