The working principle of aerated mechanical agitation flotation machine is mainly based on the flotation characteristics of mineral particles. Due to the different surface properties of mineral particles, some mineral particles will adhere to the bubbles and rise to the pulp surface to form a foam layer. By adjusting the pH value, temperature, concentration and other parameters of the pulp, the target mineral particles can be selectively attached to the bubbles, so as to achieve the separation of minerals.
