Deoxidation Tower

Deoxidation tower is an industrial equipment, mainly used to remove oxygen in the exhaust gas of coal injection boilers and industrial boilers, and reduce the oxygen content in the exhaust gas. It converts oxygen into carbon dioxide and water vapor through a chemical reaction. In addition, the deoxidation tower is also used for the deoxidation treatment of water. When the water passes through the deoxidization tower, due to the closure of the air and the change of air pressure, the oxygen in the water is forced to convert to the gas phase, thus being excluded from the water. The deoxygenation tower is equipped with a gas separation device, so that the oxygen in the gas is separated without being re-dissolved in water. It can also use antioxidants to reduce the oxidation of water and reduce the dissolution and decomposition reactions of oxygen, thereby maintaining the stability and purity of water. The deoxidation tower can also be automatically controlled, by measuring the dissolved oxygen content in the water, controlling the supply and discharge rate of oxygen, and maintaining the constant quality of the water and the ecological balance of the water body.

In specific processes, such as cyanidation beneficiation, the deoxidation tower plays a key role as the main deoxidation equipment for the purification of precious liquid. In the gold selection process, the oxygen dissolved in the noble liquid is harmful to the zinc substitution, and the deoxygenation tower can separate it as much as possible.
