Desorption column

The desorption column is a key component of the desorption point solution equipment. It is mainly used to desorb the adsorbed substances in the adsorbent (such as gold-loaded activated carbon). Specifically, the desorption column through the flow of the desorption liquid (such as cyanide steel and caustic soda configuration of the analytical liquid), under the condition of heating, the material on the adsorbent (such as gold and silver) precipitation from the carbon, the formation of noble liquid.

The design of the desorption column usually takes into account the principle of gas-liquid convection to achieve a continuous desorption process. It is generally composed of a desorption column and a sieve plate to form a through-pipe structure, which is connected to other equipment (such as heaters and condensers) through a flange to achieve continuous cycle desorption. This design not only has good desorption effect, but also uses less desorption liquid and has high grade after desorption.

In the desorption process, the desorption column plays a vital role. It can effectively desorb the substance on the adsorbent and provide the necessary raw materials for the subsequent electrolysis process.
