FU type buried scraper conveyor

FU type buried scraper conveyor is a new product designed by our factory to absorb domestic and foreign experience and used for horizontal (or inclined ≤ 15 °) conveying powder and small granular materials. The product has novel structure, reasonable design, reliable operation and long service life. The whole material is conveyed in a sealed box with little dust spillover.

Large inclination belt conveyor

The large inclination belt conveyor is a kind of transportation equipment using continuous conveyor belt for material handling. Its working principle is to drive the conveyor belt through the driving device, so that the material on the belt moves with the conveyor belt under the action of friction, so as to realize the continuous transportation of materials. The large inclination belt conveyor has a larger conveying angle, which can realize the vertical or inclined conveying of materials under the condition of a larger inclination angle.

The new energy-saving vertical preheater rotary kiln calcination process uses the flue gas heat at the end of the kiln to preheat the marble to about 800 ℃ in the preheater, and is pushed out by a hydraulic push rod to enter the rotary kiln through a transfer chute for calcination and decomposition.
